Charleston Festival
Charleston was the country home for writers, painters and intellectuals known as the 'Bloomsbury Group'. This year for 10 days the Bloomsbury Group's country headquarters is the centre for a literary festival.
The house has been decorated internally by the artist Duncan Grant and Vanessa Bell and shows over sixty years of creativity.
Charleston Festival is part of the Brighton Festival and takes place in a marquee in the grounds.
