Man in hospital after being hit by bus

A man in his 30s is in hospital with ‘severe’ injuries after he was hit by a bus in near Gatwick on Saturday evening. The man, who has not been named, suffered serious head and arm injuries.
The man was initially taken to East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, before being transferred to St George’s Hospital in Tooting on Sunday. The incident happened on Charlwood Road, Horley at 23:30 on August 7 (Saturday).
