Iceland Express announce new flights

Iceland Express is to fly between Iceland and both Birmingham and Gatwick from next summer. A weekly flight between Birmingham and Reykjavik will start next June, together with weekly flights between Gatwick and Iceland’s second city – Akureyri.
The budget airline re-commenced flights between Stansted and Reykjavik this month with a twice weekly service. It will also operate flights from Reykjavik’s Keflavik Airport to New York (Newark) four times a week from June 1 next year, offering passengers from the UK a low-cost indirect link to New York.
