Companies step in to help Kiss customers
20.08.10
Seat only operator Avro has added flights on former Kiss routes to help rebook holidaymakers hit by the failure of the flights specialist this week. In addition a hotels operator and transfer company are doing their bit to make sure customers are not charged.
Avro has added extra services from Gatwick and Manchester to Dalaman, Turkey and said extra flights to Sharm el Sheikh are ‘likely to follow shortly.’ Avro already offers flights on a number of routes previously operated by Kiss.
In addition hotels company lowcostbeds.com and transfer specialist resorthoppa.com have both said for customers affected by the Kiss collapse they will ‘where possible, cancel arrangements free of charge and will only pass on charges where we incur them directly.’
