Iceland Express New York flight extended

Iceland Express is to make its Gatwick - New York Newark flights a permanent fixture on its schedule. The budget airline said the service, which launched in June and operates via its home base in Reykjavik, is achieving an average load factor of 90%.
The four times weekly service was initially planned as a summer only flight. Fares are from £299 return including taxes, which Iceland Express has promised to continue all year round, even during New York’s popular winter season.
